Unwind & Knit.  First Saturday of the Month: September 7, October 5, November 2, December 7, 2024, January 4, 2025, February 1, 2025, March 1, 2025 and April 5, 2025. .   2:00-4:30 PM.   $40.00 includes knitting/crochet guidance, yoga, tea, and chair massage .  $10.00 deposit holds your space.  Call 203-245-5921 to register.   

Combine knitting / crochet and yoga for a fun and relaxing afternoon!   Bring a project to work on (or find something new!), then work out the kinks and knots in your body and mind with a chair massage and gentle yoga.
